The arrangement was delivered right on time and was very close to the pictured bouquet. The recipient was very pleased with the flowers and contacted us right away upon delivery, including a photo of the arrangement. Being out of state you never know which florist will do it right. So pleasantly surprised when I used Acacia Flower Shop. The flower arrangements were spectacular! They notified me that their shipment of flowers that came in was not viable and would wait till the next day’s shipment came in to make the arrangements I ordered. It was quite the responsible course to take. My recipients of these flowers were taken aback by the quality, freshness and beauty of the arrangements. In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
We always attempt delivery. If there is a dog on premise we will NOT approach the home for insurance reasons.
Depending on circumstances, recipient may have to pick up at the flower shop.
Flowers will be left, regardless of conditions, if its a re delivery and someone was scheduled to be home.
