I ordered the Precious Petals arrangement but wanted to make a change to the keepsake and swap the Cross for the Heart from the Teleflora's Hearts in Heaven Bouquet and have it delivered the same day. I called and spoke with Tiana who was very polite and helpful, and she made it happen. The arrangement was beautiful and just what I need for my friend who just lost her grandmother.
