The arrangement was delivered on time and was very nicely done. It was however more white than blue and white and was much smaller than I anticipated. Maybe I missed the size listed on the site but it would have been helpful knowing that in advance. ---- Florist's Response: Hi Cindi, Thanks for your review and your order. If you looked at the photo when your order was placed you will see that ALL the main flowers are white. The only "blue" flowers that are in the arrangement is the statice and that's not even blue its purple. The only thing that's actually a true blue in the photo is the cube. This arrangement was in the exact same blue cube. For future orders if you have a specific request such as blue flowers please call the shop. We hardly have any arrangements with blue flowers on our website because in the flower world blue is actually not very common and extremely hard to get at certain times of the year. Take care.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
We always attempt delivery. If there is a dog on premise we will NOT approach the home for insurance reasons.
Depending on circumstances, recipient may have to pick up at the flower shop.
Flowers will be left, regardless of conditions, if its a re delivery and someone was scheduled to be home.
